My step-mother (a widow) has received a letter from Police in Arkansas associations asking for donations of teddy bears. They ask each year, it seems legitimate with photos, brochures and even a sticker on the side. It was addressed to my late father in law called with Andy Fletcher, but instead of being sent Andy Fletcher, he was sent as Andy Assmuncher??

I would try to contact Mike Huckabee, the governor's house. It has the power to call the National Guard, and I think he has some say on the state police. Try only the information and ask for help.
