Is this list any good to show to a lawyer, in a child costody battle?

1. Several counts of telephone harassment to the defendant.
2. Also several calls to the child in question, by crying and asking to speak to him in solitude.
3. On numerous occasions the defendant received phone calls from the child, crying, wishing to return to residency Defendants following events at the home of his mother.
4. The defendant was said not to allow the child to be an individual, which in his case, means to be a gangster ", sagging pants, tattoos, piercings, and listen to music vulgar and inappropriate .
5.The plaintiff purchased and enabled the purchase of ordinary CD.
6. The applicant did not practice religion in his house.
7. A child told that hell is an imaginary place, made to scare people into respecting the law, which gives the impression that the child may misbehave without consequence.
8. The husband of the plaintiff has been known to slap the child and other children in the house to the back of the head. This being why the boy had called his father to come get him.
9. The eldest son of the applicant consulted a therapist for anger issues.
10. The plaintiff has also left the child and his brother unattended, where they market their home at a Goodwill store and a blockbuster and return unnoticed.
11. The plaintiff has also left his children in the care of an irresponsible baby-sitter who said the child was struck in the face with a shoe.
12. Member of the immediate family of the applicant has been arrested for being associated with drug traffickers.
13. The plaintiff had numerous episodes where she yelled and used profane language with the defendant when the defendant has neither shouted back, and used profanity in front of the child.
14. Unsatisfactory behavior of the child has begun the first year, when he was in the care of his mother. Such as: getting kicked off the bus, poor homework habits, and insufficient notes, if the first and third grade.
15. Recently, the plaintiff has retained the child of a church event (vacation Bible school).
16. The applicant has three children from three different men and four marriages, one of which was canceled a week or two later. The man she married is now the same man who abandoned her and her eldest son. Is also guilty of several counts of adultery.
17.The applicant has no visible means of financial support other than a man, mentally disabled, which has no relation with her and lives in his house.
18. The plaintiff did not pay any form of child support or other financial obligations as required by the parenting plan.

Family member AGING arrested for drugs or anything ... which has no effect unless the child is to be in the same household as the addict.

Your lawyer can assign the telephone company to prove certain call was made, but he said she said what the substance of the telephone call was, unless you save all your calls and if you do that , then there are legal mandates floow you need to avoid getting into trouble ... Basically you are not allowed to record telephone calls without their knowledge.

Hot subpoena lawyer also to show the financial ability to pay alimony.

Lawyer can subpoena, or ask the judge for an order for the therapist to produce mental health records of persons in household as the child.

Same regarding school records in conjunction with the parent who had custody at the time, and what type of course (if any) has been made to solve different problems.

One side can call DCF to have inspected the house where the child is to see any activity that puts children at risk ... Watch out, the other side can also play this card.Now lawyers can subpoena DCF inspection report and there you have specific evicence what might otherwise be there "she said.

Include in the call to DCF issues
* Porn the kid has access to
* Profanity in the house in the presence of children
* The different types of corporal punishment (hitting the body)
* Age of children left unattended

Lack of religion is a father Betwen preferably mother, he probably has very little impact on judicial review. In reality other meaning can be rolling ...if one side is fundamental religious by saying that the other parent will go to hell or will cause the child to go to hell ... Judges tend to disapprove of a lot more than no religion at all.

To say that hell is imaginary, which is a form of racism against religion. But you should be able to prove it.

Perhaps convince the judge to ask the child, carefully so as not to put words in my mouth.

.... very long list, but a good list.
the only thing I would add is, if any, dates and times. as points 1, 2 & 3 ... The dates and times
and for the future - keep tape a voice message in support of the date and time - so he can not deny.
# 4 - I'm sure you do not mean that the child is a gangster ... reformulated to say that he was called by that name based on its appearance (ie saggy ...)
# 5 - provide examples of names of CDs and songs
# 6 and # 7 - Add these together in a paragraph ... they reference the same ideal.
# 8 - You must have the dates, times and events .... you can not use hearsay.
# 9-get the name of the therapist so they can get the records if necessary
# 10 & # 11 - you need Daes and times of these events
# 12 - how the state will have an impact on the child and its environment
# 13 - The dates and times and characteristics and wittnesses
# 14 - school records, etc., are necessary for these charges - get them!
# 15 - you said earlier that they are not religious, so that you retained religious events? Did they refuse to visit you? dwell on this point ... dates, times and events
# 16 - Details of the list if you know ... it is not against the laws of man for adultery .... but is certainly his reputation. Speaking of that ... can you obtain notarized statements from his neighbors about his character?
# 17 - no visible means of support? welfare? disability? Make sure you know.
# 18 - Great.

Now, in addition to this, it may be advisable to prepare a table (perhaps on Excel) Using a column with the above items we discussed and the other column would you --- what you can do to rectify the situation if the child came to live with you. Make everything as objective and positive as possible.
your main goal should be to the child living with you in a stable environment. (Financially, mentally, etc.) and if you do not get primary custody to ensure you get $ alimony.
since you're the 'Guy' - unfortunately, you must go to court ... extra mile - whatever ... do not forget to list if you have a job .... it's credibility and stabality
