Did gothic living room furniture exist and if so what was it?
I like the Gothic look of beds and tables / chairs, but what goes in the lounge, if anything?
Living rooms were not there at the time. Peasants used benches, chairs used individual charges. Furniture - cabinets and tables - were enormous. Try this site:

I'm not even sure of Victorian style you give the right "feel". Maybe some of the 17 pieces of 19th century German would. Heavy, dark and richly carved.

I have a "Gothic Revival" table and chairs, but do not know how old he is.
