What is your favorite Florida beach and why?
My favorite is the beach of Daytona Beach in Florida. Something about its wide beaches, driving on the beach, the waves, the shear beauty of it all. What's Your Favorite beach in Florida?
I grew up near Daytona Beach and it was great until I moved to NW FL. I think the beaches of South Walton in Pensacola are the best, they have the whitest sand in the world.
Where can we stay in Florida that has beach chairs/umbrellas/cabanas and beverage service on the beach?
My boyfriend and I are planning a long weekend on a beach in Florida in late September. Looking for a hotel / resort on the Gulf Coast (prettiest beaches) where you can sit under an umbrella on the beach and have someone offer tropical drinks to us (or at least have a bar Outside we could walk to). We would like to keep it around $ 150 / night. That does not sound so difficult, but we have not had much luck finding a site that fits the bill. Suggestions?
