My blue Justin boots faded to brown. How can I get the color back? Is there a product or dye?
My blue pair of Justin boots have become brown in places. I think probably because of them being in the mud and I was not clean enough. Is there a way to get the background color. As a product or a blue dye to do it again? Thank you!
Many start with good quality leather or shops or stores sell Horse Tack dyed leather in colors. You can also go online and type "Leather Dye 'and you will see many places that sell the same product in dozens of different colors. So you can redying your boots in a blue similar to what you had before, or the redying in a dark color like black or brown.
I used to dye the leather boots and leggings before, with some success. Dye does well and will actually make your boots more recent. It will cover scratches very well.But no matter how you polish, remember that the color will bleed a little, especially if the boots wet. If you wear boots outside dew or after rain, you get a good dose of dye rubbing off. It will not hurt anything too badly unless you touch it with your hands or rub on something, like your saddle. Dying the guy was not a good thing for me, within the CHAPS tended to have color bleed on the saddle a little all the time, and more if they got the slightest bit wet. Boots worked pretty well because the boots do not normally rub on everything except the field, so it will not be a problem.

I tried to South Congress and they had (Justin vintage lace boots), but not their size (I am one of eight). I was looking for weeks. I need help. Online is great too. While they are reasonably priced.
