What preppy tie should I wear as a guest to a spring wedding in Florida?
I'm in my mid-twenties. The suit is dark navy blue with chalk stripes faint. White cotton shirt is suitable. Equality is the only thing to add color and character. Repp Striped ties are too boring for this opportunity. The brands I am considering:

I love Vineyard Vines ties, but I do not fish, hunt, or sail, so many reasons would not be appropriate for me. I like drawing some Lily Pulitzer but marriage is not a case of BCBG and I do not want to stand out or look too gay.Most designs have Alynn "bugs" that are too large. I must also make a good impression on the family, therefore no grounds for alcohol. I want something with pastel colors or spring, and a "cute" design that is not too flashy or flamboyant.

Where can I find non-traditional preppy clothing?
I live in Connecticut and am sick of having the same preppy clothes like everybody else - whether J. grosgrain ribbon flip-flops Crew, Lacoste or Ralph Lauren polo, or even of Vineyard Vines ties. Where can I find one, but still preppy, clothing that is "unknown"?
