Which real estate companies are best for new agents?
I'm planning on get my Realtors license in the coming weeks. I heard that Century 21 and several other companies have their own courses. Is it better to attend courses or just a regular local school property. Also what companies are good for new agents.

I'm not sure what prices are like around a franchise, but here the way with the regular real estate schools are very good.
When you are looking for an agency to find work, consider the following:
- Do they pay regularly for training their employees? What type of training and how often?
- Management to obtain formal training and improve their knowledge on changes in legislation etc. (here we have annual special education to attend to stay in the loop)
- What systems and procedures they have that will help people who engage? For example, computer software and resources, training in the office when you're stuck on something.
- Is there someone more experienced in the office who can advise you?
I think a franchise is not necessarily the best, often all the training they attend is in the house, and they are not open to providers of external training (which can be very beneficial).
You need to watch the sole holder of the Office to decide whether it will be a good environment to start your career or not.
