who or where can I contact the people who administer the CNA state exam in Texas?

I have an online school program for nurses. When I contacted the online school, the school told me that I should contact the state that administer the exam. So whether Stratford Career Institute is a state-accredited school.

I also contacted a nursing school premises, and the instructor also said that I should contact the State on the examination. She did not give me the number or my school online! Where do I mail, by telephone those people who give to the review and whether a school in Stratford is approved?

How long did you wait to receive your actual certificate after taking the EMT state exam?

I took the NC State EMT-B exam on the first weekend of June and got the results online about a week later. I spent, but I am now applying for jobs and need to know when my certificate is valid and I'll have to make photocopies of it, etc. How long does it take to get the certificate ?
