I need to foreclose on an investment property in Texas, what are the ramifications?
I own my primary in CA free and clear and have another investment in Arizona that is also underwater. I can afford AZ but can not afford property in Texas, but I am attached to a tenant's lease for another 9 months. I need at Texas. I tried to sell last year, with no luck.
